The SPD Foundation is a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization. All donations are tax-deductible.

• By Mail: Print and complete our downloadable Donation Form and mail with your credit card information or check to The SPD Foundation, 5655 S. Yosemite, Suite 305, Greenwood Village, CO 80111.
• By Fax: Print and complete our Donation Form and fax with your credit card information to our secure fax line at 303-322-5550.
• By Phone: Call us at 303.794.1182 and ask for Caraly Walker to take your credit card donation over the telephone.
• Monthly: Nothing could be easier!
  Check the box beside Please make a contribution every month and indicate the amount and date of your monthly gift on our downloadable Donation Form. Then mail or fax your form to the SPD Foundation. You may also telephone with this information.
